Why this page exists

When you submit a form on this website, you check a box giving us permission to contact you. That box has a lot of words in it, and most people check boxes without reading them. This page explains, in plain language, exactly what you agreed to, what contact you should expect, and every way to tell us to stop.

Nothing on this page limits your rights. If anything here conflicts with the consent language you actually saw, the language you saw governs.

By checking the consent box, you gave CashHouseSales.com (FTL Propertymix, LLC) and those acting on its behalf your express written permission to call, text, and email you about your property inquiry and potential sale using the contact information you provided.

"Those acting on our behalf" means our personnel and any employee or contractor who helps us respond to inquiries. It does not mean other companies buying your information. We do not sell your information and we are not a lead broker.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and our conversation. Standard message and data rates may apply to texts you receive; those rates are set by your mobile carrier, not by us. Consenting to contact is not a condition of selling your property to us, and we will not treat you differently for revoking consent.

2. How to tell us to stop — every method works

You can withdraw your consent at any time, for any reason, without explanation. You do not need to use particular words. "Stop," "don't call me," "take me off your list," and "I'm not interested" all work.

  1. We keep only the information reasonably necessary to remember and honor your request, which may include the affected phone number or email address, the scope of the request, and when we received it.
  2. If we send an acknowledgement, it will only confirm that we received your request.
  3. We use that limited suppression information to avoid contacting you in the manner you asked us to stop.

If you ask us to stop one kind of contact — texts, for example — we stop that kind. If you want all contact to stop, say so and we will stop all of it.

We aim to honor requests promptly and within any deadline required by applicable law. If you ask us to stop and hear from us again anyway, please tell us at legal@cashhousesales.com — that is a mistake on our part and we want to know about it.
