This page doesn't have testimonials on it, and that's deliberate. Here's why, and here's how to check us out independently instead.
No fake reviews. No borrowed praise. Just evidence you can verify.
Why there's nothing here yet
Look at enough cash-buyer websites and you'll notice they all have the same page: five or six glowing quotes, first names only, sometimes a stock photo of someone who has never sold a house in their life. There is usually no way to verify any of it.
We're not going to do that. We're a young company — the business started in early 2024 — and we'd rather show you an honest empty page than a convincing fake one. When we have reviews from real sellers who agree to share their experience, they'll go here, with their permission, and you'll be able to tell they're real.
Our review policy
- Verified sellers only. Only people who have actually completed a transaction with us can leave a review.
- We prefer video. A person on camera talking about their own experience is much harder to fabricate than a paragraph of text, which is exactly why we favor it.
- We don't edit reviews to be flattering. If someone has a criticism, it stays in.
- We don't write them ourselves, and we don't buy them.
How to check us out instead
Testimonials on a company's own website are the weakest form of evidence available, because the company controls them. Here are stronger ways to evaluate us — and any other buyer you're considering:
- Check our BBB accreditation. An outside organization has vetted the business and maintains a public record, including any complaints. That record isn't ours to edit.
- Ask who will handle escrow and title, then verify them independently. A legitimate buyer should be able to identify the escrow and title professionals involved in the transaction and let you confirm their information yourself.
- Read the contract. Take it to an attorney if you want. Any buyer who discourages that is telling you something important.
- Ask us how we got to our number. We'll show you the comparable sales and the condition adjustments.
